How to join
First Bite Club.
This package is available to the first 50 new investors who meet the requirements below.

Explore the investment.
Vicinity is the funding portal that hosts our investment offering. You’ll go there to review the details and complete your investment.
Read the current offering documents and risks on Vicinity. Decide whether investing in Legally Addictive is right for you.

Complete the process.
If you choose to invest, complete Vicinity’s account, eligibility, document, and payment steps. The minimum investment is $1,000. If paying through your bank, follow the payment instructions provided for your investment on Vicinity.

Confirm payment is initiated.
Your investment payment must be confirmed as initiated through Vicinity or your bank by Sunday, October 18, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. Eastern, while one of the 50 new places remains.

Can I send my box to someone else?
Yes. Choose to keep your monthly box or gift it, with a different recipient each month if you like. Ground shipping to the continental U.S. is included. We’ll share monthly address deadlines and gifting instructions with qualifying members.
When do the boxes start?
The planned schedule is November 2026 through October 2027: one four-pack in a pink gift box each month for 12 months. Benefits depend on a successfully closed investment.
Do I still receive my other investor perks?
Only if you choose an investment tier that qualifies for those standard perks. The First Bite Club package does not automatically unlock other investor perks. See the Vicinity offering page for each tier’s minimum investment and included benefits.
How does the flavor panel work?
Members will be invited to sample a flavor in development and share reactions before the next flavor launch. We’ll provide participation details and sample timing. Feedback informs our work; final product decisions remain with the team.
Does signing up on Vicinity secure my place?
No. Registration alone does not qualify. You must meet the qualifying investment requirements and have confirmation that your investment payment has been initiated through Vicinity or your bank by the deadline, while one of the 50 new places remains. Funds do not need to have arrived in escrow by the deadline. Benefits still depend on a successfully closed investment.
Is October 18 the investment offering’s closing date?
This date is the deadline for the First Bite Club bonus package. Refer to the current Vicinity offering for the offering’s own schedule and terms.
What should I know before investing?
